Welcome to NotifyChicago, the City of Chicago's tool for providing residents with direct emergency and non-emergency information. NotifyChicago is a city service that supplies residents with text messages and/or e-mail alerts for incidents/conditions such as severe weather emergencies, hazardous materials, traffic impacts, etc. Preparedness and being informed is key in an emergency. The Office of Emergency Management and Communications (OEMC) urges residents to subscribe to receive alerts sent directly to mobile phones or email accounts to stay informed. NOTE: You can stop receiving notifications at any time by removing your contact information from your profile. To do so, sign in to your account and remove the email or phone number from your account that is receiving the alerts. If you are having any issues, please contact us at cityofchicago@getrave.com.
